How long does it take to recieve my order?

All instock orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of payment. Typically orders take 1-5 days to arrive depending on your location

Do i get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are sent with a AusPost tracking number

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

In the unlikely case your order doesn't arrive, we offer a full reship of your order. However, as we ship all orders domestically, there is no risk of any custom issues.

Are packages sent securely?

Does your shipping method protect the peptides?

Yes, all our peptides are sent lyophilised (freeze-dried) and kept away from direct sunlight, to guarantee the efficacy of the product.

Can i cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you have the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

How should i store my peptides?

Once you have reconstituted your peptides, you should store them in refrigerated conditions. Reconstituted peptides will last a minimum of 4 weeks under these storage conditions
